Registry disclosure

The facts, including the unresolved ones.

This page separates facts supported by public evidence from statements supplied by the operator. An operator attestation is dated and labeled as an attestation; it is never presented as independently verified.

These disclosures apply to the Registry wing. The astrology tools remain free, browser-computed, and usable without the Registry.

StatementStatus and evidence
Operator relationshipThe operator attests (2026-08-02): “I personally control the zodiacs.org domain, repository, deployments, and the Registry content published there. I do not control astrofolio.xyz, its official channels, token deployment or administrative authorities, treasury, liquidity, or market activity. No person, account, or organization responsible for zodiacs.org also controls those Astrofolio surfaces. I hold positions in one or more Registry assets. No referral account, platform fee, or other compensation from Jupiter, any liquidity pool, or any marketplace is configured for zodiacs.org, and the site receives nothing from any trade reached through it.”Operator attested — not independently verified

Attested by the operator on 2026-08-02 and published verbatim; not independently verified. It supersedes the 2026-07-23 attestation, which did not address venue, referral, or marketplace compensation.

Economic interestThe operator attests (2026-08-02) to holding positions in one or more of the twelve Registry assets, and to receiving no referral, platform-fee, liquidity, or marketplace compensation for any trade reached through the site.Operator attested — not independently verified

The holdings attestation is the operator’s own statement, dated 2026-08-02 and not independently verified; assets, wallets, amounts, and any lockup, vesting, or disposal policy are not enumerated in it, and private holdings are not inferred from any wallet. Holder distribution is reported through public snapshots. As of 20 July 2026, the top-ten token-account share ranged from 23.0% to 30.6% across the twelve assets, with a median of 27.2%. The figures can be checked against the published snapshots and public chain records.

OriginEach canonical record is evidenced by its origin receipt: the transaction that created the sign’s native mint on Solana.Verified from published materials

All twelve receipts are dated 5 July 2024. Each was located by instruction-level inspection on archival RPC and cross-checked against Solscan’s independently indexed public pages; token names were never used as evidence. Base representations are official bridges and are disclosed separately in the thesis instrument table.

SeparationThe core astrology tools remain free, contain no advertising or cross-site trackers, and can be used without the Registry. Registry Collection is an optional cross-link that reads a saved chart and one public wallet record side by side; the wallet record does not alter the chart calculation.Verified from published materials

The calculators compute in the browser and require no Registry interaction. Aura keeps chart computation local and sends only the selected public address through its holdings lookup.

Read-only postureThe Registry lookup surfaces and @zodiacs/sdk are read-only. Registry Collection may connect to compatible wallet software only after a user click to obtain authorized public accounts; it uses one compatible address for the lookup and does not hold assets, request signatures or approvals, construct or submit transactions, or switch networks. The optional trade panel on catalogue pages is a separate surface with its own row below.Verified from published materials

Aura also accepts a pasted address, forwards only the one address used for its holdings lookup, and the SDK documents and tests a read-only API surface. A connection is not proof of identity, control, or legal ownership.

Trade panelWhen the trade panel is enabled, a sign’s catalogue page and the Registry landing explorer can offer a trade in place. The panel is Zodiacs.org’s own interface, but the trade is not: prices come from the public API of Jupiter, an independent venue; Jupiter builds the transaction; the visitor’s wallet software asks them to approve and sign it; and Jupiter submits it to the network. Zodiacs.org never holds keys or funds, never builds, signs, or sends a transaction, and cannot reverse one. Jupiter charges a fee of 0.10% on the trade. Zodiacs.org configures no referral account or platform fee and receives nothing from any trade.Verified from published materials

The panel is enabled by an operator switch and now appears on the pages named above. Its published page code makes the rules checkable — the site holds no signing key and calls no write endpoint of its own; prices are read from Jupiter and only the visitor’s own wallet can sign. The 0.10% figure is the fee Jupiter’s public order response reports; it is the venue’s, not the site’s.

Financial advice and solicitationRegistry records, market context, and Registry Collection are not financial advice or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold an asset. The Collection is a symbolic reflection, not a wallet score or price signal, and no purchase is required.Verified from published materials

“Official” is a Registry classification only: it means an address, contract, mint, or representation matches the Registry’s published list—not government approval, identity verification, safety, value, liquidity, or future performance. Contextual notices and the terms state the digital-asset risks.
