What changed, and why.
Material errors are recorded here instead of being silently replaced. Each entry names the affected page or edition, the incorrect claim, the correction, and the date the corrected version shipped.
A People profile stated a settled Sun sign for a birth date on which the Sun changed sign.

Before: The profile for B. F. Skinner, born 20 March 1904, presented his Sun as settled in Pisces at 29.7°, and the directory filed him under Pisces — while the page’s own transitions note said the sign was left open.
After: The profile has been withdrawn. The Sun crossed from Pisces into Aries during that day at the birthplace, and with no recorded birth time his Sun sign cannot be determined, so no sign should have been published. The determinability test compared the UTC day rather than the birthplace’s own civil day, which can differ by up to twelve hours; it now measures the civil day, and a new gate fails any record whose stated Sun sign contradicts its own recorded transitions. No other profile was affected.
