    Interface BirthWindowInput

    A window of possible birth instants, resolved by the caller, and a place. Give start and end, or at and minutes for [at − minutes, at + minutes), or only rounding, whose unit is then the window.

    A second prior for the cells' shares; its unit must lie inside the window.

    start?: DateInput

    The first instant of the window.
