Interface DeltaTTable

The part of the model refreshed from IERS. It changes only with an engine release. Its shape is the model's, "zodiacs-deltat/1": yearly knots to the last observed day, then four to the last predicted one, with from a year and the two ends MJDs. A refresh keeps that shape; a model that needs another would be a new model, with a new name and its own export beside this one. Each ΔT names the table it came from (table, tableDigest).

Knots in 0.01 s, the first absolute and the rest differences: every whole year from from before observedTo, then observedTo, then four evenly spaced up to predictedTo.
