    Interface CalcUserAyanamsa

    A caller's ayanamsa, the counterpart of Swiss Ephemeris's SE_SIDM_USER: the mean ayanamsa value at epoch, carried from there by precession in model, or by a fixed rate. It defines what @zodiacs/engine/vedic's userAyanamsa defines, with its epoch given as any instant in a request is.

    interface CalcUserAyanamsa {
        epoch: CalcTime;
        model?: AyanamsaPrecessionModel;
        name?: string;
        rate?: number;
        value: number;
    }
    Index
    epoch: CalcTime

    When value holds, read as time is: { jd, scale: "tt" } is SE_SIDM_USER's TT epoch, and { jd, scale: "ut1" } its UT epoch (SE_SIDBIT_USER_UT), whose TT comes from the time basis.

    Without rate: the model value was computed with, default "engine". An older model's zodiac is held where that model puts it at J2000.0.

    name?: string

    A lowercase identifier of at most 64 characters that is not a built-in name; default "user".

    rate?: number

    Arcseconds per Julian year, from −3600 to 3600: an ayanamsa that grows by this rate, with no precession model.

    value: number

    The mean ayanamsa at epoch, degrees, from −360 to 360.
