The house position of a body in system, as Swiss Ephemeris's
swe_house_pos defines it: a number in [1, 13) whose integer part is the
house and whose fraction is how far through the house the body is, so that
(position − 1) × 30 is its mundane position in degrees. The body's ecliptic
latitude enters through the system's own house circles (docs/houses.md).
null where the system does not define a position: Koch, where the body
lies outside the house circles of its half of the sky or the midheaven
never rises; Topocentric, where no circle passes through a body that never
rises or sets. Invalid input throws RangeError.
